Using $B$ bootstrap samples to estimate $\alpha$ results in a sampling distribution for the estimator $\hat{\alpha }$.

Now, that we have the sampling distribution for $\hat{\alpha }$ , finding the confidence interval is a matter of determining the appropriate percentiles.
